1-1/2 cup seeded and chopped jalapenos
2-1/2 cups seeded and chopped red bell peppers
3 cups cider vinegar
13 cups sugar
12 ounces liquid pectin
green or yellow food coloring
Directions:
Combine jalapenos, peppers, vinegar and sugar in a large pan. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add pectin. Stir well. Mix in 2 - 3 drops of food coloring. Seal in sterile jars.
